A Little About the Content Creator

My name is Michael A. Chase Jr., I am a 23-year-old aspiring sports media content creator. A graduate of xavier university in may 2017 with a bachelors degree in communications. my major being, Digital Innovation Film & Television. through this major I learned a variety of skills about a multitude of media production topics Including:

Video Editing, Videography, ScriptWriting, Interviewing, Graphic Design, News Production, News Anchoring, Film, After Effects, And Audio Editing

in Terms of my Working Experience in Sports MEdia field I am currently interning with sen television.com as a Videography and Analyst Intern. With this Internship I have done live play-by-play of high school football games, interviewed players and coaches, while also writing articles and game recaps about players and games. I have even done camera work for combine and live games. My experience also stems from time With the companies Beyond sports Network and somuchsports.com. with both of these opportunities I gained experience in the area of Sports writing and sport videography. This site Is going to help me disperse my written articles and other projects to the public. as i hope to ultimately build my brand and have a career in the realm of sports media.

The reasoning behind the creation of this site is as it says on the home page is to give a more consistent spotlight to the ‘lesser-covered’/’unheralded’ players and teams in sports. Teams that do not have the major star a casual fan would recognize, or the brand name that is easily identifiable. Hopefully the content on this site will provide a view of the stories that may not get much coverage from mainstream networks. this website will produce compelling stories on less-than well known commodities. Types of content on the site will include blog posts, full articles, and video projects. All contributing to tell the stories of the Unheralded entities.
